Yes. The number of boxes to each address can be indicated in the "Quantity” field on the checkout page.
Yes. After adding boxes to your cart, you will be able to detail shipping information for each box you have added to your cart. You will fill in all the required fields and select “Save Shipping Address” once complete. Within the cart page is the option to add additional items to your cart. You can "Add" to your order as many times as you need to. When you have all entries completed, click "Proceed to Checkout" to continue the order process.
Quantities of 2 or more boxes shipping to an individual address may be grouped together.
Delivery is available to any location within the continental United States, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, APO’s and FPO’s.
Yes. The "Shipping Address" cannot be routed to Hawaii, Canada, Canal Zone or foreign addresses.
If your order has not been "confirmed", you may edit any information by navigating to the relevant page. If your order has been confirmed and submitted, and you have been given an order number and confirmation email, you must contact customer service at 1-888-496-7809 within 24 hours of placing the order. You will be asked for your order number when you call.
If your order has been accepted for processing, you will receive an order number on the “Order Complete” page and via e-mail. Please call 1-888-496-7809 to confirm that your order was placed correctly.
Orders are processed on a first-in, first-out basis and will begin shipping November 30th, 2024. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. To best allow for delivery by December 24th, we recommend that your order is received by December 3rd, 2024. Online orders are received immediately. Please allow additional time when mailing in your order.
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon placing your order. Please note, your credit card billing statement will reflect this purchase from "GMI Holiday Giftbox".
Yes, we do offer an option for a holiday card with a personal message inside (1 line up to 35 characters). When placing your Holiday Gift Box order, you will see the option to add a holiday card. Please note, boxes that include a holiday card are processed and shipped separately from boxes that do not include a holiday card.
Yes, your personalized message will appear on the mailing label at no additional charge.
